Do not modify any carbon part (other than allowed in our instructions), use any non Profile-Design hardware or use any bicycle part with visible damage. Do not transport a bike with this product installed in a soft case. Carbon fiber that has been impacted may not show visible damage so if the part sustains a significant impact stop riding it immediately and take it to your local retailer to be inspected.
