ASC Pro Buyer's Guide

The ASC Pro is a one piece extension that includes both extension  and armrest. The following guide is to help users understand what they are getting in the box, what add-ons are available and determine the correct bolt length if using risers, wedges or reversing the brackets.

WHAT COMES IN THE BOX

1: PICK YOUR EXTENSION LENGTH

Since the ASC Pro is a fixed combination of armrest and extension the first step is to determine your size.

Not sure which extension length is right for you?
Please consult a professional bike fitter.

2: NEED TO ADJUST YOUR ARMREST POSITION?

The ASC Pro comes with a 15mm offset bracket included.
Add a 5mm offset bracket enabling a different armrest position.

Not sure if you need a narrower armrest position?
Please consult a professional bike fitter.

The ASC Pro includes a switch adapter that allow the brackets to be flipped and reversed to give two reach positions and two width positions.

It’s important to note that when using the switch adapter the tilt wedges will be reversed, therefore it’s important to know if you will be using the switch adapter before purchasing the ASC Pro.

Not sure if you will need to use the switch adapter?
Please consult a professional bike fitter.

3: KNOW YOUR STACK HEIGHT?

The ASC Pro utilized the A3 riser platform. Before purchasing it is crucial to determine what your stack height may be and how many risers you will be using.

Not sure what your stack height is?
Please consult a professional bike fitter.

Basebars using the A2 platform may be converted by using the A2-A3 adapter. It’s important to note that the A2-A3 adapter adds 10mm of stack height which is important to remember when calculating  your bolt length later.

Not sure what if your basebar is A2 or A3?
Please consult a professional bike fitter.

4: KNOW YOUR EXTENSION ANGLE?

The ASC Pro Tilt Wedges are available in increments of
1°, 2°, 3°, 4°, and 5°, allowing precise adjustment of the
ASC Pro’s default 15° angle.

Not sure what your angle extension angle is?

5: NEED MORE REACH?

The A3 Reach extender does exactly what it says on the label – increases the pad reach of an A3 equipped bar by 32mm

6: DETERMINE YOUR BOLT LENGTH

If you have added Tilt Wedges, Risers, the Reach Booster or are using the Switch Adapter you will need to purchase additional bolts.
